We offer you our current, best possible prices, which can change every day according to the demand. 

Reservations can only be cancelled in written form.

Summer 2022

• free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival
• in case of cancellation from 6 days before arrival & in case of no-show, we charge 100% of the total amount

Winter 2022/2023

• 3 months until 31 days before arrival -  handling fee of € 39
• 30 until 11 days before arrival - 70% of the total amount
• 10 days before arrival or no-show - 100% of the total amount
• reservations with our “non-refundable-rate” are non-cancellable or changeable

These cancellation conditions are independent of whether the cancelled rooms are re-let in full or even in part. The same applies in case of early departure.

Sometimes the unexpected does occur and the long-awaited holiday needs to be cancelled or interrupted. To avoid cancellation fees, we recommend taking out a travel insurance. You can book your travel insurance (incl. covid coverage) directly with your reservation.‍

We offer you a fast WiFi connection throughout the hotel and a separate LAN connection in the rooms.

There are only a few free parking spaces in front of the hotel - "first come, first served".
We therefore recommend that you reserve an underground parking space:
directly with the room reservation: € 9 per night / car
on site: € 15 per night / car

There are 6x e-charging stations available in our parking garage.

DAS GERLOS is located in the middle of the nature and sports paradise and you can reach almost everything on foot. So you can park your car comfortably in the parking garage. The good thing? You help us to make the world a little GREENER!

You are welcome to store your sports equipment in our locked room - if you get wet, you can also dry your shoes and clothes there.

You can reach the Dorfbahn Gerlos in 5 minutes on foot or you can take the free ski bus to the Dorfbahn / Isskogelbahn.DAS GERLOS is located directly on the valley run 31a - so you can ski or snowboard right to the hotel after your adventurous day of skiing.

The hotel is not 100% barrier-free! Although some areas are also accessible for wheelchair users, we cannot guarantee that the required door widths can be used in all areas without any problems.

The bill can be paid in cash, with a Maestro, with a debit card, with a Mastercard or Visa.

Dogs are very welcome, but they may not be brought to the breakfast buffet or the spa area.

We are a non-smoking hotel - in front of our hotel there is a smoking area on the terrace.
